Exercise in the pool during pregnancy

Those of us who are pregnant during the summer, we have the advantage of being able to exercise in a pool.

Water is, without a doubt, one of the best means to exercise and tone the muscles without making too much effort while enjoying the benefits of a refreshing bath.

In the water, thanks to weightlessness, the weight of the gut on the pelvis is relieved and a pleasant sensation is experienced in addition to relieving backaches and heaviness of the legs.

I try to swim almost every day or at least exercise legs and arms with the help of some support. Or at least take a water walk to relieve the legs. The idea is not to reach Olympic goals or anything like that. Simply, the intention is to put the cardiovascular system into operation and strengthen the muscles to better reach the delivery.

In addition, the advantage is that if you have the proof of following a simple exercise routine for yourself at least twice a week, you will benefit without the need to go to a gym.
