19 family girls wore the same dress on the first day of school in the last 67 years

In some families, there are deep-rooted traditions, but this is also one of the prettiest I've seen. It is common for women in the family to wear the same christening, communion or wedding dress that other women in the family wore in the past, but what about the dress on the first day of school?

In Jenny Hirt's family, Since 1950, 19 girls in the family have worn the same yellow and purple dress on the first day of school. Nothing has happened from hand to hand accompanying the little ones in their school premiere no less than for 67 years.

And the best thing about the anecdote is that the dress, which is also cute considering that it was made in fashion almost seven decades ago, It was handmade by Jenny's great grandmother and grandmother For your aunt. Since then, all the girls in the family have taken him and they intend to continue doing so.

The first to take him was the girl we see on the left, Hirt's aunt, Martha Esch, on her first day of kindergarten in 1950.

Jenny Hirt, mother of Caroline, 4, who we see in the current photo on the right, was the fifth girl to wear the dress. His other daughter, Ally, 6, also took him on his first day of school.

The dress is in very good condition, almost no wear is noticed, except for some tears and one of the sleeves that had to be fixed.
