The Initiating Foundation informs us that next Wednesday, August 22, 2012 they will start a new summer camp called Kids Initiator. The activity takes place in the town of Rada, in the Finca El Mazo, in Cantabria, from August 22 to 31, where an extraordinary experience of promotion of entrepreneurship among the youngest.
And it is that in Initiator they are aware of the need to address training for entrepreneurship since childhood, so they have scheduled this new year for the second consecutive year camp for kids from 8 to 16 years old in which, to the usual programming of an activity of this type, about a dozen entrepreneurs of recognized prestige will be added to share and participate in the educational program "Educate to Start with Kids Initiator".
Also this year the eight entrepreneurs who will participate in Initiator Kids will collaborate in the practice by launching ideas and living in first person a program very close to real professional life, bringing children closer to the goal of an education for the future.
Students' educational competencies are going to be worked on, promoting the values, abilities and aptitudes of the youngest, helping them to discover their potential, to believe in themselves and to discover together the task of undertaking motivational activities. For example, Rosa Poo, whom we interviewed in Peques and Más commented that they were going to work for the children to speak in public and let go without complexes.
This program is a pioneer in Spain and the eight professionals will be responsible for delivering innovation, creativity, art, customer and partner selection workshops in three-day, one-hour conferences, by each of them.
In addition to the kids they will be offered a lot of activities of a camp with a focus on sports activities: mountain biking through the Aras valley, canoe along the Rada estuary, hiking through the Santoña Marsh Natural Reserve and mountains from the surroundings, archery, initiation to caving with visits to the caves in the area, climbing wall and zip line in the adventure tower and Tibetan bridge.
The fun is guaranteed, with maximum guarantees. There will be a diploma monitor for every 10 children, direct contact with parents, accommodation in wooden cabins, a final report and insurance coverage.
