EU regulations for flights: baby seats pass

The new security regulations in European airports, and among the changes noted some that affects the world of babies that may interest our readers more travelers.

Surely they have made you fold or disassemble the baby's cart to pass it through the scanner in case it has been able to be taken to the boarding gate (which, fortunately, is allowed in many airports).

Well, although records are kept separately from computers, coats and jackets, in the new regulation any reference to the inspection of child seats is removed and wheelchairs. Although I find it logical that baby carriages do have to pass under the safety arch, they may not be folded now to pass through the scanner.

As for the hand luggage, as is logical, it is still allowed to raise the liquids of baby bottles and infant food preparations or medicines necessary for the trip (round trip, stay and return), although be careful if in the hand luggage we carry some toy shaped like a weapon.

I do not like these toys at all, but the truth is that they are very common, and surely we have all enjoyed a water gun in the pool or on the beach ... Well, these toys are prohibited in hand luggage, since the previous regulations, along with another 66 articles. "Toy guns of any kind" and ball guns are prohibited.

So you know, if your son or daughter can not be separated from that water gun ... better check it in the suitcase.
