Cody's Tales: excellent children's audio discounts

Some days ago I presented some places to see and hear stories on the Internet. Today I will add a new one, and very good, to the list.

Is called Cody's Tales and it contains podcasts (sound files spread on the Internet) of classic stories, regional stories and legends. The great difference of this site with respect to others that contain audio discounts is the impeccable quality of the audios since the stories have been recorded by professional rapporteurs with special care in pronunciation and intonation.

Cody is the site's mascot, a digital version of Elena's Basenji breed dog, the author of the website that has been designed to teach Spanish to English speakers and an ideal tool for bilingual children.

Each week, new audio-discounts are uploaded in Spanish with accents from Spain, Mexico and Argentina that are swelling the collection of stories by great authors of children's literature such as the Grimm brothers, Charles Perrault and Hans Christian Andersen.

I've tried it at home and as soon as I start hearing the story of Little Red Riding Hood, my youngest daughter has stopped her ears, because although she is not yet able to understand the words or the message, the mere fact that a story is well told motivates the Children, even the little ones, to be interested in the fantastic world of stories.
