Something as primordial and basic as the attention that a child needs for material goods is displaced. More hours dedicated to work to get more, forces parents not to be fully for their children. If already a normal job and mandatory minimum payments take you away from children, how much more when you crave a material good that requires sacrifice, as a result less time is spent on children.
In order for children to be healthy, supportive, respectful and not at all violent people, full dedication and education is necessary to guarantee the acquisition of these values. Not devoting the necessary time to children can cause a lot of problems in them, from stress to possible brain damage. Many are children who live in hostile environments, with macho parents or carefree for them that influence the future behavior of their children.
