From the first moment of the disappearance of little Gabriel, his parents showed great strength and humanity. Despite being separated, they were always united, holding hands and supporting each other. Always with good words, grateful, despite the deep pain they were going through. Both Patricia and Angel demonstrated their human quality throughout these days, but hers I find it admirable, to take off your hat.
There is no greater pain for a mother than the death of a child, a tear that freezes the bones. Above your situation, that your little one has lost his life at the hands (presumably) of your ex-husband's partner has to be bleak. But she, despite the nightmare she is living, is proving to be pure goodness and temperance. For me, This mother is an example of humanity. A true heroine.
After knowing that the one arrested for the death of her son was Angel's partner, instead of showing resentment, it was she who asked that "her husband not be blamed, that he is a wonderful person" who above had to digest the loss of a son "knowing that the person he wanted killed him." And he added "I will be by his side because we have to overcome this both together."
Not even in front of his son's coffin lost that half serene smile who accompanied her during the last days, or stopped giving words and thanks to those who came to wrap them at the funeral of her little Gabriel. He even gave the impression that she comforted others.
If there is something we all learned from this mother is that love can more than rage, that the affection of an entire people must prevail over hate. It has proven to be a true example of humanity, for me a true heroine. Admirable.
