She got on the plane with her babies when she was attacked with a stroller by an American Airlines employee

Traveling with young children by plane is, in itself, quite stressful. But in this case the experience has been a nightmare for a mother who was traveling last Friday with her month-old twins on an American Airlines flight between San Francisco and Dallas.

The woman would have tried to get on the plane with the stroller, something that the airline's regulations do not allow, and there was an argument with the flight attendant. According to witnesses, when violently removed, the employee would have assaulted the mother with the stroller, hitting her head and having been able to hurt the baby in my arms.

Moments later, a passenger began recording the end of the incident and shared it on his Facebook profile to report the assault.

The company, like most airlines, allows you to take a folding stroller to the door of the plane, where it must be delivered to the warehouse, while the largest must be billed before.

In the video you can see the woman crying with one of the babies in her arms explaining to other crew members what had happened, although the aggression itself cannot be seen. You can even see how another passenger comes out in defense of the mother facing the employee.

The woman was offered to travel on another flight, so she was accompanied by crew members outside the plane with their babies. Then he was offered first-class seats for the rest of his international trip.

American Airlines has suspended the flight attendant until the investigation is clarified and has issued a statement apologizing:

"We regret the pain that may have been caused to the passenger and her family and the rest of the passengers who were affected by the incident. What we see in the video does not reflect our values or the way we care for our clients . "

A shame the treatment this mother has received from the employee of the company. Take care of the client, and much more when traveling with young children, should be a priority for airlines.
