How to make pizza lollipops
On the basis of pizza, we spread the fried tomato, trying not to reach the edges. We cover the tomato with the mozzarella cheese and place the slices of York ham on the cheese, as if we were going to make a normal pizza. While the oven is preheated to 220º, we roll the pizza forming a large cylinder.
With a sharp knife, we cut the cylinder into pieces or discs about two cm thick and place them in the Baking tray covered with baking paper or with a silicone iron so that the pizza discs do not stick to the tray when baking. We crush each disk with the back of a spoon so that its circular shape settles and we bake for ten minutes.
If you want, you can go around the pizza lollipops after five minutes to make them more homogeneous on both sides. Once ready, let them cool for five minutes and proceed to skewer them on skewer sticks to leave them looking like lollipops and present them in a glass so that each one takes one or two lollipops.
