Chicken pesto rolls. Recipe for pregnant women

A chicken recipe that can serve us for example for a party or celebration, where we have to cook for enough people. The pesto chicken rolls They are quick to cook, simple and very tasty.

This recipe will provide us with potassium, phosphorus, folic acid, iodine, magnesium, iron, calcium among other things. We have to know that being a fry we should not abuse, since it is not low in calories.

The ingredients for 4 people

3 filleted chicken breasts, 1 handful of fresh basil leaves, 1 garlic clove, 50 grams of pine nuts, 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, flour, oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation of pesto chicken rolls

In a mortar we make a mash with the pine nuts, basil and garlic, we will add the cheese and add a dash of oil, remove to join everything.

We season the chicken fillets. We spread them on the marble and distribute the sauce we have prepared. Roll the chicken breasts and close them with a stick.

We pass each of the rolls for flour and then for beaten egg, fry over medium heat and remove when golden brown.
